Known as Nutrillermo, he is a prominent Spanish nutritionist born on June 7, 1977 in Malaga. He trained in Pharmacy and Nutrition at the University of Granada, obtaining his doctorate cum laude under the tutelage of Dr. José Mataix Verdú, considered the father of modern nutrition. He has lived in countries such as England, Ireland and Italy, and currently lives in Miami, where he runs a nutritional center and collaborates on television programs such as Telemundo and Univisión. He is the author of several books on nutrition and food, and has been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Nutrition, being the first Spaniard to receive this distinction. In addition, he is a member of the American Society for Nutrition and Doral Pro Health, a foundation that offers free health services in Florida.

Carlos Stro
Born on June 17, 1978 in Oviedo, Spain, he is a scientific communicator and writer specializing in nutrition and ancestral health. Together with his cousin Ricardo Stro, he has co-written books such as “Dieta Ketogénico: El protocolo de una alimentacion effective” and “Supervivir: Vuelve al origen y recuperar tu salud”, where he promotes reancestralization and reconnection with nature to improve health.
