Shipping and returns
At Aureo, we are here to make sure your experience with us is as positive as the benefits of light we offer. 🌟
All devices have a 30-day return period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase during this period, we will provide you with return instructions.
Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, of course! All of our lamps feature built-in voltage converters, eliminating any issues related to voltage differences between countries. In addition, we will provide you with the appropriate power adapter for your country.
What shipping method do you use?
We work with the most reliable companies depending on the destination of our products. We use DHL, FedEx and UPS mostly.
Do I have to pay anything extra when I receive my products?
Shipments are subject to the country's customs process, and generally, the customer must pay the tariffs when the products are released or at the time of delivery and this will depend on the laws of each destination country. Aureo Lightstyle is not responsible for products that are not released by customs or when the customer does not pay the required tariffs.
About our products
Do lighting devices, whether lamps or bulbs, emit flicker or EMF?
Our lamps and bulbs use the highest quality power controllers on the market, as do each of the components that make up our products. We have taken special care in the aspect of flicker and electromagnetic field and we can assure that we are at zero levels, something that no other supplier can guarantee.
Should I wear goggles/glasses with the lamps?
Yes, included with the product you will find glasses that should be used at the same time as using our products.
Do you have any certificate?
Yes, we have iTEBSA, CE, FCC and RoHS.
Quality Control and Certifications
What quality control processes do we have in place for LED production?
For our LED production, we implement meticulous quality control processes to maintain the excellence of our products. From internal parts to product appearance, they are subjected to a high-temperature test for 48 hours after production to ensure their quality. In addition, a detailed manual inspection of each product is performed to ensure that both internal components and external appearance meet our high standards. Following a thorough three-day testing process in our quality inspection room before delivery, a detailed inspection report is generated. Any product that does not meet our rigorous quality standards is disassembled and checked again until it meets our quality requirements.
What certifications do our products have?
Our LED products are certified with iTEBSA, CE, RoHS, FDA, MDSAP, FCC, SAA and ISO, BSCI and SGS.
How do you handle defective products or quality issues?
Our products rarely have quality problems. However, if there is any product quality problem after customer receives, we will require customer to provide video and give feedback to our service department, who will then give feedback to engineering department, diagnose the cause according to the video and offer a solution.
What type of technology do you use to incorporate the LEDs?
Our factory has professional engineering to produce LED PCBs. The LED body is wrapped by automated production machines, from fixing the LED aluminum substrate to automatically detecting the LED chips, reflow soldering, temperature marking of each area, and final quality inspection.
How do you ensure that your products meet international standards?
As for product materials, we use internationally certified medical materials and environmentally friendly materials. As for product efficacy, we use internationally accepted testing equipment to conduct tests.

What measures do you take to ensure environmentally sustainable production?
We use energy-efficient production equipment and processes to reduce consumption and minimise carbon emissions. This is then transferred to our products to offer our customers energy-efficient equipment, taking into account the energy cost of having a lamp on, something that no one else in the segment considers.

How do you handle waste and recycling in your manufacturing process?
- Waste Segregation: We separate different types of waste materials at source to facilitate recycling and proper disposal.
- Recycling: We partner with approved recycling facilities to recycle materials such as paper, plastic, metal and electronic waste generated during the manufacturing process.
- Reuse: Ensuring quality, we reuse materials and components in our production process to reduce waste generation.
- Hazardous Waste Management: We adhere to strict guidelines for the management and disposal of hazardous waste, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
- By implementing these measures, we strive to minimize waste generation, promote recycling and reduce our environmental footprint in the manufacturing process.
Can you provide details about your employment practices and working conditions?
At Aureo we made on-site visits to our manufacturer's facilities and spent a few days with them to ensure, above all, that their work practices were in line with Aureo's values.
Every employee who enters our manufacturer's workforce is rigorously selected, and the employees are close-knit, passionate and dynamic.
All employees work under appropriate working conditions, covering regular work schedules with appropriate times for meals and rest.
Our manufacturer offers decent wages to its employees and vacations/rest days in accordance with Aureo policies.
About recommended use
Should I use the eye shield that came with my lamp?
Eye protection should be used. Do not look directly into the LEDs. If your eyes are more sensitive to light or if you take medications that may cause photosensitivity, we recommend that you consult your doctor before using an Aureo device.
What benefits will I receive from these products?
The benefits of the wavelengths in our products occur at a cellular level and have been proven in numerous studies. Red light and near infrared light are energy for your cells. Exposing your body to this light enhances the functioning of your cells just as they are designed to do. The human body is complex but amazing! It is difficult to predict how your body will respond to photobiomodulation and how quickly you will see results. Your cells will decide what healing needs to occur first.
